Letasha is excellent and the person who keeps me sane on the Dial-a-Nerd Account.But there is something wrong with you invoicing.1. We had work done to the value of R64 400 on 6 September but the Invoice has still not been processed.2. There are often delays in the issue of your invoices. The regular one being the two monthly charges where there is often a few days delay before the Invoices are issued although they are back dated to the end of the previous month.

Very easy to set up account online after hours. As promised, service desk engineer available immediately. Constant attention remotely until all issues sorted out across 3 users. Highly recommended as service providers. Would not hesitate to recommend Dial a Nerd's services.

I contacted dial a nerd to send me a technician to come and assist me with a Wi-Fi problem, The technician who came " Jonathan" was head and shoulder above any other technician regarding his professional skill and friendliness. Initially, they took long to get back to me. Communication was poor. Only afterwards did they start making regular contact to do the job. I was disappointed that I had to contact the technician twice out of my own when he said he was going to update/contact me.

My computer was giving me issues,not picking up the screen and a warning light was on.I feared my cpu was dead but after a 10min call with a incredibly helpful person on IT support it was all sorted.I was walked through the fix step by step and couldn't have been more happy with service

I brought my PC in for repairs late Monday afternoon. Gerard assisted me and kept me updated. I was very impressed by Gerard’s prompt and excellent service. What an awesome experience - thank you to a very competent IT professional at Dial a Nerd. I received an efficient service from Jonathan Diener. His initial consultation was to conduct an assessment of the connectivity at my home. Since having fibre , this was the most value adding and meaningful IT interaction. I experienced immediate results after he worked his magic. He returned today to install a unifier so that my entire property was covered. My frustration and irritation has turned into happiness and excitement because now I can fully enjoy the benefits of having fibre. Jonathan, thanks once again for your exceptional service.
