Letasha is excellent and the person who keeps me sane on the Dial-a-Nerd Account.But there is something wrong with you invoicing.1. We had work done to the value of R64 400 on 6 September but the Invoice has still not been processed.2. There are often delays in the issue of your invoices. The regular one being the two monthly charges where there is often a few days delay before the Invoices are issued although they are back dated to the end of the previous month.

Initially, they took long to get back to me. Communication was poor. Only afterwards did they start making regular contact to do the job. I was disappointed that I had to contact the technician twice out of my own when he said he was going to update/contact me.
