According to tests done by app developer Memrise, images of cats help to improve users’ memories when learning words and phrases from another language.
The company has harnessed this information and used it to teach people new languages. With the app CatAcademy, customers can scroll through a number of cute kitty pictures and then recall the captions on these pictures, from memory, when needed at a later stage.
