Service is shocking, explanations are vague and unhelpful. Really frustrated as a client that I am not getting the service I expect even as a small company from an organisation like Dial a Nerd.

immediate assistance to solve my connectivity issues - it took a few attempts to get the correct synchronisation going - patient technician talking me through the steps. again a successful interaction.

Letasha is excellent and the person who keeps me sane on the Dial-a-Nerd Account.But there is something wrong with you invoicing.1. We had work done to the value of R64 400 on 6 September but the Invoice has still not been processed.2. There are often delays in the issue of your invoices. The regular one being the two monthly charges where there is often a few days delay before the Invoices are issued although they are back dated to the end of the previous month.

Thank you Johnathan! Just had the most amazing support from Johanthan at Dial a nerd. I am small business and was feeling a bit lost and stuck and appreciated the patience and care that was taken to assist me on the best way forward. We become increasingly reliant on expertise in the IT feild and it can be overwhelming and daunting. I look forward to their site visit and and getting on top of the challenges I have been facing. Highly recommended.

Sbusiso was excellent. Calm, very clear, extremely helpful and so good to work with. Normally I get quite stressed with these issues but he made me feel that all was completely under control.

Very easy to set up account online after hours. As promised, service desk engineer available immediately. Constant attention remotely until all issues sorted out across 3 users. Highly recommended as service providers. Would not hesitate to recommend Dial a Nerd's services.

The Service I received from Dial A nerd over the past 4 working day was so courteous, very friendly and accommodating. Starting from Gilbert, he did all he could, Siyanda gave it his best and Finally Sanele managed to sort out my problem. thank you all for the effort and going an extra mile, THANK YOU Sanele, you guys are awesome

I have been your client for a few years now already and have never received such professional service. He is a total gem to your company. What a total pleasure of dealing with him. I truly recommend you to give him a raise on his salary. Even just a R1000,00 rand to you its small but to him significant. He really truly deserves it. I contacted dial a nerd to send me a technician to come and assist me with a Wi-Fi problem, The technician who came " Jonathan" was head and shoulder above any other technician regarding his professional skill and friendliness. He also came to assist me after hours on the week-end.I will most definitely use Jonathan again. Great work!Patrick
