The new mail and file server system designed and installed by the Dial a Nerd team has been a great success to our operation. The system consists on an on-site file storage for fast access to our large project information database with good backup and security. The mail system – now cloud based ensures excellent up-time and easy access from anywhere. When I joined Animal Travel Services’ team, the company has a private person facilitating the IT requirements, which worked in the “old days”, but became very outdated and more of a hassle for the company than anything else. We decided to reach out to a few IT companies specializing in networking, maintenance as well as security. Out of the lot of them, we decided to move forward with Dial A Nerd. Whist implementing the “new” IT guys into our company, the DAN team was very accommodating and understanding with our not so computer literate team members. The team worked with our guys to sort out all IT problems that we had at that stage.
More recently we moved our account over to a more remote based maintenance agreement with DAN and we are loving it. They support team is a phone call away and tend to our problems almost immediately via their own remote login system, so no need for 3rd party downloads in order to log onto our pcs.
We are very happy with the services received from the Dial A Nerd team and will continue to utilize them for our IT solutions.
