Skype has opened its web-based client beta to the entire world, after launching it broadly in the U.S. and U.K. earlier this month. This means you will be able to stay in touch with friends and family from any internet connected computer.
The expansion of the beta adds support for a longer list of languages to help bolster that international usability; here’s the full list direct from Skype:
Arabic, Bulgarian, Czech, Danish, English, German, Greek, Spanish, Estonian, Finnish, French, Hebrew, Hindi, Hungarian, Indonesian, Italian, Japanese, Korean, Norwegian, Dutch, Polish, Portuguese (Brazil), Portuguese (Portugal), Romanian, Russian, Swedish, Turkish, Ukrainian, Chinese Simplified, Chinese Traditional.
To get at the Skype for Web Beta, just head to either web.skype.com or Skype.com and login when prompted.
